️ LOGO Process – Choose Your Technique

Logo process is completely independent from surface texture. Select the method that best fits your design, budget, and edge‑quality expectations.

CNC Engraving (Bevel Cut)
Recommended: bevel cut (V‑bit) – creates a sloped edge that reveals the bottom layer color, delivering a premium 3D look.
• Bevel requires logo stroke width ≥5mm.
• If bevel is not desired (straight cut), we recommend pairing with a flat brushed surface to eliminate micro‑burrs.
CNC Engraving (Standard)
Straight vertical cut. Best results on flat/brushed surfaces. On embossed textures, slight burrs may appear – we manually trim them. For zero burrs, choose laser or switch to brushed texture.
Laser Engraving
High‑temperature burn creates a dark recess with perfectly smooth edges – absolutely no burrs.
Supports fine details down to 0.5mm. Works on any surface texture. Permanent and abrasion‑resistant.
Screen Printing (Single Color)
Ink applied directly onto the surface – flat, no depth, vibrant color.
No burr issues, cost‑effective for large volumes. Multi‑color available. Good for promotional items and indoor/regular use.

LOGO Process Comparison

Process Edge Quality & Appearance Key Requirements Durability Best Use Case
CNC Bevel Cut V‑cut sloped edge, reveals bottom color, 3D premium look. If straight cut is used on textured surface, slight burrs possible. Bevel requires logo stroke ≥5mm; straight cut prefers brushed surface for burr‑free results. ★★★★★ (Permanent) High‑end branding, coolers used as seats, premium gifts.
Laser Engraving Fine dark recess, perfectly smooth edges, zero burrs. No minimum line width, works on any texture. ★★★★☆ Intricate logos, tiny text, zero‑burr requirement.
Screen Printing Flat ink layer, no depth, clean edges. High‑contrast vector artwork, any texture. ★★★☆☆ (Good for regular outdoor/indoor use) Large quantities, multi‑color designs, budget‑friendly.

CNC bevel note: If your logo has fine lines (below 5mm) and you still prefer CNC, we recommend using a brushed/flat surface with a straight cut to minimize burrs, or switch to laser engraving.

Surface Texture – Extensive Selection

Surface texture determines grip, durability and visual style. You can combine any texture with any logo process above.

1. Embossed (Raised patterns)

Big Dot Embossed Small Dot Embossed Honeycomb Croco Embossed

2. Grooved / 3D patterns

Brushed & Grooved Stripe Cut Big Diamond Grooved Moulded Diamond Grooved Diamond (crosshatch) Diamond Molded Pattern Square

Replace with actual product images

3. Brushed / Matte (Flat, non‑raised) – Models B‑001 to B‑021

Solid colors and camouflage patterns:

B‑001 Black B‑002 Light Grey B‑003 Mid Grey B‑004 Silver Grey B‑005 Warm Grey B‑006 Khaki B‑007 Light Green B‑008 Cool Grey B‑009 Navy Blue B‑010 Lake Blue B‑011 Grass Green B‑012 Dark Green B‑013 Red B‑014 Burgundy B‑015 Olive Green B‑016 Dark Brown Woodgrain B‑017 Light Brown Woodgrain B‑018 Desert Camo B‑019 Jungle Camo B‑020 Grey Camo B‑021 Blue Camo

Brushed surfaces are flat and smooth – the ideal choice for straight‑cut CNC engraving to achieve burr‑free edges.

Customization Workflow

  1. Provide artwork – Vector file (AI, PDF, CDR). For CNC bevel, ensure logo stroke width ≥5mm; laser/screen printing have no such limit.
  2. Choose combination – Select surface texture + logo process. We will advise the best match for your logo design.
  3. Sample making – 15–20 days, sample fee applies. Photo or physical sample provided.
  4. Sample approval – Confirm logo size, position, edge quality, color contrast.
  5. Mass production – MOQ 200 pcs, 20–25 days, 50% deposit required.
  6. Shipping – Balance payment before shipment. Ex‑works price, freight not included.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between CNC bevel cut and standard CNC?
CNC bevel cut uses a V‑shaped bit to create a sloped edge that reveals the bottom layer color – a premium 3D effect. It requires logo strokes to be at least 5mm wide. Standard straight cut works best on flat/brushed surfaces; on embossed textures it may leave slight burrs (manually trimmed).
Does dot‑embossed surface + straight CNC always produce burrs?
Very fine burrs may appear because the cutter travels over raised dots. We trim them manually, but 100% burr‑free is not achievable. For zero burrs, choose laser engraving or switch to a brushed surface with straight CNC.
How fine can laser engraving go?
Laser supports lines as thin as 0.5mm, ideal for complex logos or tiny text – edges are perfectly smooth.
Is screen printing durable for outdoor use?
Specialized EVA inks offer good UV and abrasion resistance for regular outdoor use. For extreme conditions (saltwater, heavy dragging), CNC or laser is recommended.
Can I customise the bottom layer color?
Yes. The bottom EVA layer can be made in red, blue, orange, green, white, etc. CNC bevel cut will reveal that color – perfect for brand matching.
