Dual‑layer EVA | 7mm thickness | Precision logo techniques | For rotomolded coolers

Our EVA pads are perfectly tailored for the following BORIGHT rotomolded coolers. Custom sizes for any other cooler brand are also available.
Logo process is completely independent from surface texture. Select the method that best fits your design, budget, and edge‑quality expectations.

| Process | Edge Quality & Appearance | Key Requirements | Durability | Best Use Case |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CNC Bevel Cut | V‑cut sloped edge, reveals bottom color, 3D premium look. If straight cut is used on textured surface, slight burrs possible. | Bevel requires logo stroke ≥5mm; straight cut prefers brushed surface for burr‑free results. | ★★★★★ (Permanent) | High‑end branding, coolers used as seats, premium gifts. |
| Laser Engraving | Fine dark recess, perfectly smooth edges, zero burrs. | No minimum line width, works on any texture. | ★★★★☆ | Intricate logos, tiny text, zero‑burr requirement. |
| Screen Printing | Flat ink layer, no depth, clean edges. | High‑contrast vector artwork, any texture. | ★★★☆☆ (Good for regular outdoor/indoor use) | Large quantities, multi‑color designs, budget‑friendly. |
CNC bevel note: If your logo has fine lines (below 5mm) and you still prefer CNC, we recommend using a brushed/flat surface with a straight cut to minimize burrs, or switch to laser engraving.
Surface texture determines grip, durability and visual style. You can combine any texture with any logo process above.
Solid colors and camouflage patterns:
Brushed surfaces are flat and smooth – the ideal choice for straight‑cut CNC engraving to achieve burr‑free edges.
