Is Boright Industries a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional rotomolding manufacturer (factory) with over 10 years of experience. We own our own rotomolding production lines, PU foam injection equipment, and an in-house mold-making workshop.
How many years of experience do you have?
We have over 10 years of experience in the rotomolding industry. Our lead designers have more than a decade of hands-on experience in structural design.
What is your production capacity?
We operate 3 shuttle-type dual-station rotomolding machines and 1 high-pressure PU foam machine, with a monthly production capacity of 20,000–30,000 coolers.
Can I visit your factory from abroad?
Absolutely! We can arrange free airport pickup at Ningbo Lishe, Hangzhou Xiaoshan, or Shanghai Pudong Airport. Business visa invitation letters are available free of charge.
What certifications do your products hold?
All our products meet FDA certification standards. Our coolers are Bear Resistant Tested and built to withstand demanding outdoor, fishing, and industrial environments.
How long does a rotomolded cooler keep ice?
In a 25°C indoor environment, ice will completely melt within 5–6 days. The one-piece rotomolded construction with high-density PU foam ensures excellent thermal retention.
What materials do you use for rotomolding?
We use high-quality polyethylene (PE) resins, primarily LLDPE and HDPE, which are food-grade, UV-stabilized, and impact-resistant.
What sizes of coolers can you manufacture?
We manufacture coolers ranging from 10QT to 150QT and beyond. Custom sizes are available upon request.
Can I customize colors and logos?
Yes. We offer multiple branding options: screen printing, labeling, digital printing, and embossed/engraved logos. Color customization MOQ is 50 pieces per color.
What is the production lead time?
25–30 days after deposit confirmation and sample approval. Monthly production capacity: approximately 20,000–30,000 coolers per month.
Can you produce non-cooler products?
Absolutely. Beyond coolers, we manufacture tool boxes, insulated fish tubs, industrial containers, kayaks, fuel tanks, and custom rotomolded parts for marine, automotive, agricultural, and medical industries.
What is your return or warranty policy?
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. Our quality control process ensures every product meets our high standards before shipping.
We look forward to seeing you at SHOT Show 2027 – Supplier Showcase Reloaded, Booth 55620
